The connecting Jack and Jill bathroom, with two sinks, is perfect for a family with younger children. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the top floor, perfect for families that value privacy. One bedroom is the master suite, with a comfy king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a porch with breathtaking views of the third green. The master bath has a large shower with bench, a relaxing soaking tub, and his/her sinks. The second upstairs bedroom, with two queen beds, also has its own bath and shower. This bedroom also has its own TV with cable. The main level of the house has hardwood floors throughout, with multiple areas to relax, play games, or watch some TV. The sitting area in the front of the house is perfect for some quiet conversation over a nightcap. In contrast, the open plan kitchen and family room can be your central meeting point, where you start your morning with coffee and breakfast that you can prepare in our fully-stocked gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has a large island with two “bar seats”, as well as granite countertops and beadboard cabinetry. Our stainless steel appliances include an electric double oven, gas stovetop, microwave, a blender, two toasters, and two coffee makers – including a Keurig. We have two separate dining tables, each comfortably seating six persons. Or you can enjoy your meals outside on middle deck on our picnic table or sofa, while watching the golfers putt for birdies! The middle floor also has a quiet office if you need to take a call, as well as a pull out sofa that converts to a single bed if needed. We have a Weber gas grill with a direct connection to the gas line … so you’ll never have to worry about running out of propane while grilling! There are three supermarkets about 2 miles away if you want to buy food and eat in, or a plethora of scrumptious restaurants both inside the community or nearby to try. When you stay in our home, we want you to be able to take advantage of everything the Peninsula has to offer – especially, the miles of quiet, flat trails. That’s why each rental includes access to eight bikes. Five bikes are designed for adults or children 12+. We also have two other bikes that are perfect for our tinier guests! The remaining bike can be adjusted to fit adults or children 8-9 years+. Finally, our home has a both a "Pop-a-Shot" basketball shooting game and a regulation size ping pong table located in our air conditioned garage. We also have pool toys, cards, books, games, a DVD player, and Wii for your enjoyment. Large dining room table with extension is great for family dinners. Spacious 500 square foot patio complete with lounge chairs and another table perfect for outside dining or reading on a recliner. The first floor also includes a room with a queen bed, and a half bath. Plenty of books and toys including a circus tent, wagon, bikes, big wheel, beach toys and games. Also available if needed are bed rails for toddlers, bumbo seat and vibrating chair for babies and a pack n play. Upstairs you will find 3 well appointed bedrooms. The master includes a king size temperpedic bed with temperpedic pillows, large closets, new 50 inch smart tv/dvd player, and Verizon Fios cable/DVR. Master bath has a large shower, separate toilet, his/her sinks and lots of counter space. Second bedroom has a king bed, full size crib (if needed), lots of windows and closet space. Third bedroom has a queen temperpedic bed, twin blow up mattress (if necessary), large closet and lots of windows. Full Bathroom with tub and large counter space. We have beach toys, boogie boards, 2 Adult beach cruiser bike, 1 kids bmx bike (6-12 year old), and 2 bikes (good for 2-4year old), 1 big wheel, and 1 balance bike for kids. ***Linen/towel service to be arranged separately. ***Passes for the pools/fitness center/clubhouse can be purchased at the clubhouse for $9 a day for kids 6-16, $15 a day for adults, $45 a week/kids, $75 a week for adults, kids under 5 are free. ***We only rent for full weeks (7+ days) during July and August.
